The velvet fabrics are all made of high-quality cotton yarns with high quality and above, mainly in plain color, printing, jacquard and drawstring, yarn-dyed and burnt-out several series. 1. The height of the general terry is between 2.5MM-3.0MM. If the wool is too low, the hair is not easy to be cut and the loss is large; if the hair is too high, the shearing loss is large, and the terry is not easy to stand upright.
2. Some companies require that the twist direction of the terry yarn and the ground yarn are opposite to improve the weft skew. But according to 3Z, it is not too important, because the elasticity and organizational behavior of velvet play a decisive role in the ground yarn, while the ground yarn plays a decisive role. The ground yarn is polyester, which is easy to overcome the weft bias when setting. And generally reverse

(2) Some special velvets
1. The R/C/T velvet developed by 3Z in 2003 is made of R/C blended yarn, and the texture and color of the suede are particularly beautiful. There are also a small amount of suede ingredients in the market today: cotton/modal, cotton/bamboo fiber , cotton/tencel, cotton/soybean fiber and other fabrics to make high-end products.
2. Generally, the lighter colors are mostly single-dyed cotton, medium-dark double-dyed cotton and polyester. There are also velvet with gray yarn. Or CVC cotton double-dyed imitating colorful cloud yarn effect, yarn-dyed velvet, etc. Brightener, make the suede have a better luster

1. Dense velvet --- the loops are FDY polyester filament, ground filament DTY polyester filament. The grey fabric is cut in open width, dyed after pre-forming, and some are combed once more after dyeing. The fleece feels better, but it will add more loss. There are also fine velvet varieties with spandex;
2. There are varieties of steamed yarn treated with polyester terry yarn, which is called steamed yarn velvet.
3. No velvet --- the variety with spandex. The velvet basically stands upright on the ground cloth, and the suede is quickly recovered by hand pressing the suede.
4. Diamond fleece---the terry is FDY bright polyester filament, ground filament DTY polyester filament. It is the easiest to make in almost all sheared fabrics. The grey fabric is directly dyed after slitting and shearing, and the slight horizontal and vertical stripes during weaving are covered after the finished product, and a small amount of shearing is unclear and the remaining ring increases the gloss of the entire surface (communicated with some inexperienced and rigid QCs). 5. Binghua velvet---the sister of diamond velvet, mainly because the dyeing process is slightly different.
6. Golden velvet --- relatively thick and spandex shearing varieties, the suede is messy and shiny, similar to warp knitted rich velvet.
7. Burnt-out velvet---the terry is rayon (or cotton yarn), the ground yarn is polyester filament, rayon is used for burnt-out pattern, and the variety of ground yarn and spandex is slightly more difficult;
8. Different regions have different names for the fabrics, such as four-way stretch without velvet, square velvet, electronic velvet, etc. Most of them are changes or finishings of the raw materials listed above.
