1- Sample Rule:
A: Knitting fabric samples can be freely sent to our regular customers.
B: For New Clients, free samples can be sent, and you pay the postage by yourself in advance, but it is refundable.
C: Samples Parcel- All the International Express Details According to Your Requirement: Fed,TNT,EMS,UPS,DHL etc.

2- Lap Dip and Strick Off:
A: For dyeing Knitted fabric: Tell your Pantone Number, and we will finish it in 2-4 days.
B: For printing knitted fabric: After your approval for design, we should make strick-off for confirming before bulk production, it will take about 3-7 days.
C: For yarn-dyeing knitted fabric and jacquard fabric: After your approval for design, advise the Pantone Number, we will make yarn color for your approval again.

3- About shipping:
A: Port: Shanghai or Ningbo
B: Delivery time: need about 20~25 days to produce

4- About Payment:
A: L/C
B: T/T(30% as deposit,the balance paid within 15 days after the copy of B/L)

5- What is the minimum quantity?

A: Usually 500m or more than 500m for each color, we can also accept order less than 500m. We offer a discount for orders larger than 5,000 meters and the most favorable

price for orders above 10,000 meters

6- Do you accept OEM/ODMA:

Yes. We offer the quotation according to the quantity. The picture of the pattern you provide should larger than 300DPI, formats as AI, PDF, JPG, PSD, TIFF are all acceptable

7- Can you accept all the delivery terms and payment terms?

A: We usually do FOB/CFR/CIF delivery terms and T/T, L/C or PayPal

8- Is the design new and fashion from your company?

A: We collect diverse designs from the international fashion industry, and our design team updates 50-100 patterns per month for your choice, we also can do customized design

9- Do you have a consultation service?

A: Yes. Our professional sales will help you choose the right fabric and specification as per your market. Our production will be started until details like fabric, patterns, quantity, price, payment, and the shipment has been confirmed. Small or large your order is, we will do the best to satisfy you.

10- How long time to produce one container?

A: About 20-25days to finish one container. If you have a holiday during production, the delivery time will be longer.

11- How long it takes to do a sample?

A: It depends on the quantity of the sample. If you want a meter sample, it can be delivered within 2 days
